Poutine (Potatoes) with Creamy Demi-Glace

Ingredients

  • French fries (cooked--amount of your choosing)
  • 1 cup brown gravy
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Habanero cheddar cheese curds
  • bacon crumbles

Instructions

  1. Bring gravy/glace and heavy cream to a simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and set aside.
  2. Place cooked French fries in a bowl, top with cheese curds, creamy gravy & bacon crumbles.
  3. Tip: Substitute the Habanero cheddar cheese with your favorite type of cheese curds.
